Jones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Food\ningredients are over 50% responsible for causing, starting, and bringing on\nmigraine headaches, reported by the National Institute for Neurological\nDisorders and Stroke.&nbsp; Science\nconsistently explains just how complex the brain operates, and there is no\ndoubt that for recurring headaches have a large range of potential causes for\npain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All\nthe same, overly consuming foodstuff filled with processed sugar can easily lead\nto incurring headache pain.&nbsp; For those\nwho suffer from headaches, it would be very prudent to at least eliminate\neating sugary items in effort to rule out this toxic substance as a potential cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nmedical community describes headache pain resulting from oxygen lost due to\nconstricting arteries around the brain.&nbsp;\nThe cause for constriction develops from sudden changes in levels of\nblood glucose (sugar), which is how food gets to brain cells along with\noxygen.&nbsp; Normally, blood glucose remains\nconstant by insulin created in the pancreas; but when the system fails,\narteries cramp up, trying to force more flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\nheadache is the brain&#8217;s signal that it is in trouble.&nbsp; Any food ingested that does not contain\nfiber, i.e. processed sugar, will rapidly convert in the body into glucose that\ncauses blood sugar imbalance and various health conditions including\nheadaches.&nbsp; Brain cells lacking blood\nglucose cannot process food and oxygen, because it goes into a condition called\nhypoglycemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\n<em>National Headache Foundation<\/em>\nroutinely shares how migraine sufferers often crave carbohydrates before or\nduring a headache, signaling low blood glucose.&nbsp;\nHypoglycemia is the &#8220;crash&#8221; after an overdose, often\nconsisting of a large portion of simple carbohydrates like processed sugar that\nforces arteries to spasm and withhold oxygen from brain cells, resulting in the\npainful cramping, commonly labeled as a headache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although\nit is not the processed sugar directly that induces the head pain, it stems\nfrom the body\u2019s inability to handle the total amount consumed that triggers\nit.&nbsp; Consequently, it behooves anyone who\ndoes not know what causes their headache to consider eliminating processed\nsugar from their daily diet.&nbsp; By controlling\nthe amount of ingested processed sugar each day, lowers the risk of headache\nand at a minimum rules out a potential cause if a headache does return without\neating it.&nbsp; With sugar intake controlled,\nheadache pain may provide an early warning to serious conditions related to\nuncontrolled blood sugar levels, like stroke or diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nmost common medical recommendation for eradicating a headache is to stabilize a\nperson\u2019s blood sugar level.&nbsp; For example,\nskipping meals can cause blood sugar imbalances that can lead to\nheadaches.&nbsp; The suggested quantity of healthy\nmeals to have each day varies from three large and\/or four to five smaller\nones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be\nthat as it may, stable blood sugar levels need a combination of fresh\nvegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and seeds. &nbsp;Moreover, a balanced diet is essential for everybody\nwith a desire to live SugarAlert!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sugaralert.come\/\">www.SugarAlert.com<\/a><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Since 2007, Dean steadfastly shares his\nunderstanding on the dangers of eating processed sugar.<\/em><em><\/em>\n\n\n\n\n\nM<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Headache Prevention By Dean L.
